Starting as a young professional can be a daunting experience and navigating the world of work, as a woman, has its unique set of challenges. If more women share their professional experiences and lessons learned from them with each other, young women would be better equipped to thrive in the workplace. This was the main motivation for the panel discussion.
Leana de Beer (CEO of the student crowdfunding platform Feenix) hosted and lead the conversation with three inspiring women from various walks of life, imparting and sharing real-life experiences and knowledge to help young women step confidently and authentically into the world of work.
