South African metal, mining, electrotechnical and capital equipment brands are among around 400 exhibitors showcasing Africa’s service and manufacturing capabilities at the Made in Africa exhibition alongside the 20th US-Sub-Saharan Africa Trade and Economic Cooperation Forum (AGOA Forum) at the Johannesburg Expo Centre at Nasrec.

The event, which runs from 2 – 4 November, brings together hundreds of US and sub-Saharan business decision-makers.

Among the exhibitors are leading producers of high voltage equipment, coils and transformers, electrical enclosures, drill rigs, cranes, coal crushers, boilers, fuel cells, air coolers, radiators, cables, and metal 3D printers.

Ambassador Xolelwa Mlumbi-Peter, Deputy Director General at the Trade branch of the Department of Trade Industry and Competition says the prestigious Made in Africa exhibition showcases Africa’s productive capabilities across various sectors to buyers, importers, procurement professionals, investors, government and trade officials, business owners, entrepreneurs, and a VIP hosted buyer delegation from the USA.
