The certification serves as an affirmation to the beer maker’s rigorous strategy of ensuring that it recruits and retains the best talent in South Africa. The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR best practices survey. The survey covers six HR domains consisting of twenty topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more. “SAB is a company that has a wide footprint with a workforce of more than 5 600 employees.
